My Story

I'm an overachiever at work. Give me a structured system and clear expectations, and I will exceed every goal. But those same systems deplete me because they were never designed for how my brain works. By the time I have space to work on my own projects, there's nothing left.

I have dozens of journals, both digital and physical, packed with business ideas and creative projects. All planned out. All sitting there untouched. Not because the ideas aren't good. Because my executive function skills can't keep up with my imagination.

Then I found Marblism. After a few months of testing, something shifted. I was actually doing the things I enjoyed. Building. Creating. Moving forward. There was a learning curve, I expected them to do it all and they don't. But they do enough that I can finally function as the creative, strategic brain I've always been.

That's why I started AI Employee Launchpad. I blog, share resources, and support people who are trying to leverage AI to help with things like executive function challenges, burnout, and the grind. I talk openly about Marblism because it works. But I also talk about the ethics, the best practices, and how to really work with AI employees efficiently and with integrity.
